Selki makes it easy to simulate phishing attacks and track user engagement in a clean, intuitive interface. Once your user groups and templates are set up, and you've launched a campaign, there's a few important metrics to keep track of. This guide helps you to interpret campaign metrics.


Monitoring Campaign Metrics

After launch, click into a campaign to view detailed performance data across three tabs:


Campaign Metrics



Overview

  • Campaign Flow: Visual funnel showing number of targets, emails sent, opened, clicked, reported, or errored.
  • Performance Insights:
    • Open Rate: % who opened the email.
    • Click-Through Rate: % who clicked a link.
    • Submission Rate: % who submitted data (if enabled).
    • Campaign Duration: Shows launch, completion, and deadline timestamps.
  • Security Score:
    • Vulnerability Rate: % who engaged negatively.
    • Awareness Rate: % who reported.
    • Risk Level: Calculated based on responses.


Results

Lists every recipient’s:

  • Name and email
  • Status (e.g., Clicked Link)
  • Timestamp of last interaction
  • Exportable report of all recipients

Timeline

Chronological log of all actions:

  • Email Sent
  • Email Opened
  • Link Clicked (includes IP & User Agent)
  • Reports and errors (if any)

Email Template & Landing Page Analytics

  • Email Template Stats:

Shows subject, number of attachments, and CTR effectiveness.

  • Landing Page Analytics:

Reports whether Credential Capture or Password Capture was enabled, along with the conversion rate.
