AI-Powered Smart Reporting

Selki Smart Reports Overview

Selki's Smart Reports feature uses AI to analyze all security-related activity detected for monitored domains, summarizing the most important insights in clear, natural language—just like if you were using ChatGPT.

Smart Report

What Are Smart Reports?

Smart Reports automatically generate executive-level or technical summaries of your security posture using threat intelligence collected from Selki's monitoring modules. These summaries are perfect for security teams, leadership, or external stakeholders who need insights into what’s happening without diving into raw data.

Each report provides:

  • Natural language summaries
  • Graphs and KPIs
  • Incident trends and stats
  • Risk assessments and response metrics

How It Works

Selki’s AI reviews the latest threat intelligence and summarises it in a conversational format based on a pre-selected or custom prompt.

Predefined Templates

There are four Quick Start Templates available for instant reporting:

Template

Description

Executive Summary

High-level summary of key metrics, security posture, and incident response insights

Threat Landscape

Breakdown of active threats, threat actors, vulnerabilities, and attack patterns

Phishing Campaigns Summary

Analysis of phishing simulation results, click rates, and user engagement

Security Recommendations

Actionable best practices and suggestions based on current risk data

Report Prompts

Custom Prompts

Advanced users can write their own custom prompts to generate tailored reports. Keep in mind:

  • Selki will only answer questions based on available platform data
  • Asking for out-of-scope data (e.g. “What’s the weather tomorrow?”) will return an instructional message letting users know the question is unsupported

Credits System

Each organization is provided with a monthly credit pool of 200 credits, which is shared across all users in the organization.

  • Use it or lose it: Credits do not carry over to the next month
  • Once the limit is reached, new reports cannot be generated unless more credits are purchased
  • Additional credits can be bought at any time via the billing portal

Your current usage is shown at the top of the Smart Reports dashboard (e.g. 132/200 used = 66%).

Downloading a Report

When a report is complete, you can scroll to the bottom and click the "Export to PDF" button. When clicked, a modal will display providing some options:

  • Give the report a title
  • Give the report a subtitle
  • Upload a logo or use an existing one, or no logo at all

Export Report

Once exported, you'll be able to view it in the chat section. Clicking on "Download File" will save the report to your local device and put a copy of it into your download scetion which can be access from your user profile in the top right hand corner.
